I wish I had read these posts before I purchased clinique just over three weeks ago. I've never had a problem with my skin, however at the moment, post use of clinique my skin has NEVER looked SOOOOOO bad.
I stupidly persisted using the 3-step skin regime for three weeks thinking that my skin would be perfect after using it, - I was certainly wrong. Once I started using clinique I noticed that my skin would look worse than what it did the day before, but persisted in the hope that my skin would clear up. After 3 weeks it never did, and now I look like I have an acne problem.
I have never felt so embarassed to go out in public, as my skin is a complete disaster. I have literally broken out in pimples all over my face and have horrible uneven skin tone.
The clinque sales representatives are useless and don't have any clue regarding the products they sell you, as when I went back to obtain a refund I was informed that my breakouts were normal after using the product! What a joke, no woman's skin should look anything like mine currently after using it for 3 weeks.
The worst part of the whole experience is that I had never had a problem with my skin in the first place and could have avoided all of this if I had really known how bad clinque is for your skin!
I would seriously advise against using this product under any circumstance.

It seems that nivea is more favorable than any other product because of its low price and the effect is also guarantee. Just needs to keep using this products until we would see the difference. I think il just have to buy nivea.

I bought Clinque's supermoisture foundation and night cream about 3 months ago (after the birth of my son). Within 2 weeks I found my eyelids were swollen and the skin underneath my eyes became red, itchy and flaky. Every morning I would wake up to red puffy, irritated eyes. I thought perhaps it was my body reacting to the hormonal change after the pregnancy. It wasn't. I have used Clinque years ago and never had this problem. The moment i put on the makeup my skin itches, within hours it's starts to turn red around my eyes. I refused to use their mascara as who knows what would have happened. Doctor just prescribed a steriod ointment to clear it up. Never again will I buy this product. I will go back to using Lancome.

I got the 3 step system and the first day was fine, but the second day I two red and itchy spots near my eyes, i thought i had just fallen asleep on a wired stop. That was not the case the next day i had another spot and was VERY itchy and puffy and red. After reading the comments here i new that the 3 step system is not RIGHT for ANYONE to use. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CLINIQUE!

I tried epilating and it was fine at first then the epilator started pulling on my skin in stead of just my hair...is there anyway to stop this? I only epilate my underarms and at first i thought my epilator spoilt so i got a new one but it had the same problem and it was too soon to spoil....is there anything else i can do about this?

I never had any problem on my skin and its not sensitive skin type. I used clinique because i had dry skin on that time and the previous product i used was LOREAL mousse anti-aging which is the best product for me. I stop using Loreal because its seems so hard to find everywhere..then i make a conclusion maybe the product is dicontinued. After 3 times only i used 3 steps system, (Clinique products). all about eyes rich and their sunscreen cream which cost me $196, i got this problem. When i woke up the next day,the skin directly underneath my eye swole up like i had been crying all the day (like i'm crying a lot but i hadn't) and i got ithcy and redness on my skin. This continued to get worse during the day and developed small red lumps across my skin which looked live hives or server heat rash..I stop using the product and the next day again my skin over my nose, cheeks and around my eyes including my eyelids, felt buring hot. and my whole face swollen as well. I feel TERRIBLE!!! does anyone knows when will i get my face back to normal? Please help me...
